This place was absolutely fantastic! I have never experienced such hospitality in my life! And don't get me started on the food! Shared a brisket and some ribs with my gf with the sides, and it was way more than we could eat. Had to eat the pecan pie while there was still room in our stomachs. BTW, I definitely recommend the pecan pie. 5 stars only because I can't give more.
I placed a to go order here today and Jasmine helped me. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service and even helped me decide what to order. She was so kind and patient. The food was good as well! Ordered a smoked turkey salad, which they gave me a good amount of meat and the salad was full to the top! Thank you, Jasmine!
The food was great and portions generous, so take note tourists! We went twice during our stay in Houston and was tended to by Chris, who was so helpful and friendly to us! Their Sunday special was simply delicious and was shared by 2 of us.
This place has Great Customer Service, let’s start there. The food is scratch made and everything was AMAZING. This place will be on our rotation to come back to. My husband and I shared a 3 meat plate, added an extra side and also had their Gator Tatars 10/10 will highly recommend!
From Weirton WV, in Texas for a wedding. First off all, soon as you walk in the smell automatically makes you wanna eat. Which makes your eyes too big for your stomach. Absolutely loved it. I had the ribs and they were amazing. Flavor was awesome. Majority of the family also had the Brisket, Mac and cheese was perfect, and it was all awesome too. Fries and another side of dirty rice complimented the whole meal. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the cozy, rustic atmosphere added to the charm. But the highlight of the night? Poppa Rage in his cowboy hat, belting out country tunes like he was born on stage! We couldn’t stop laughing as he got into the music, tipping his hat and stomping his boots like a true Texas star. The whole restaurant enjoyed the show, and it made our meal even more memorable. It’s not every day you get great barbecue and free entertainment! Always have loved this place. Been several years since I've came as I often travel more than I settle; quality and service have only gotten better. I enjoyed a chopped beef baked potato and a half a rack of ribs. (shared with my road dog Tanque ) Would recommend either to fulfill your hunger.
Friendly loving staff that cares about their patients they listen to your concerns and I talk to you not ask you and listen about medication that makes you gain weight that you don't want to take and they can explore different routes maybe some holistic.
